Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SPT Football, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all boot bags or accessories, and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our resale standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
